Whatever your event and type of audience - big or small, internal or external, public or private, old or young, we can provide an expert speaker to talk on any aspect of data protection and privacy. We can also chair discussions or Q&A sessions and facilitate seminars, meetings and panels. Give us a call!

Pricing

We can’t give a firm price here as the price will vary according to what you require, but in all cases we will agree a firm price beforehand so you know how much you’re paying and exactly what you’ll get for your money. The following are guide prices only: • To speak at an event - a talk with general data privacy content, up to 1hour: £250 • To speak at your event - more tailored content: £500 • To chair a seminar/Q&A session - £500 per half day • To facilitate/chair a full day conference - £ 700

What’s included?

• An expert to speak at, chair or facilitate your event, as agreed. • If applicable (e.g. in the case of chairing Q&A or panel sessions), any pre- or post-event paperwork and discussion. • If applicable (eg after a conference), wrap-up/debrief meeting

What’s not included?

• Mileage • Accommodation costs, if applicable • Any other fees and charges or costs incurred, such as venue hire If you book us to speak at an event, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £75 at the time of booking. we understand that plans change and emergencies happen, but in the event that either party needs to cancel we agree to give each other as much notice as possible. If you cancel with less than 7 days’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit. If circumstances beyond our control mean that we need to cancel less than 7 days before the event, we will refund your £75 deposit in full.
