• Initial discussion to confirm scope and timings and discussions with key staff members • Review of any existing data retention policy/schedule and any other relevant documents • Preparation of a data retention policy and schedule or updating of your existing policy/schedule if you have one • Advice on data classification and, if applicable, preparation of a data classification policy and/or standard • Clear advice, confirmed in writing, on how to handle data retention, archiving, retrieval and destruction going forward

• Any additional work or documents not listed above • Mileage or accommodation costs, if applicable
