•
Advice or recommendations other than on the specific issues that are dealt with or raised

What will I get?
•
The reassurance of knowing that expertise is at hand should you need it, without the costs
associated with employing a data privacy officer in house
•
friendly, accessible support and guidance
Please note: under data privacy law, some organisations MUST appoint a dedicated
DPO. This applies if:
o
you are a public authority or body,
o
your core activities involve the large scale, regular and systematic monitoring of
individuals, (such as online behaviour tracking or employee monitoring); or
o
your core activities consist of large scale processing of special categories of
data (information about health, race/ethnic origin, religion, sexuality, political
views, union membership, genetics or biometrics) or data relating to criminal
convictions and offences
Our DPO in a Box service is not intended as a substitute for employing a dedicated in-
house DPO in the above circumstances.
